Focused on LEED and BREEAM standards and an emphasis on sustainability through digitalization, David, who is based out of the company’s corporate office in Dublin, leads the team that is responsible for the company’s global digital and technology solutions. With over 20 years of experience in the IT world, combined with his experience in overseas business development, David sets the business model and strategic growth plan for Ashling Development, LLC in Europe and the Middle East, and identifies future ventures in new markets and industries. 
David is also the CEO of Crann Integrated Solutions, LLC, a “smart building” tech company specializing in digitalization and systems integration, designing automated smart building management solutions for commercial and residential buildings. It goes without saying that these trades are always a large component of any development project and having David on the inside heading up Crann Integrated Solutions, LLC consistently gives Ashling Development, LLC the edge in furnishing high quality product at the most cost-effective price point. David’s critical roles within the company ensures that all of Ashling Development, LLC’s projects are Class A buildings.
